The ISPD 2026 Congress and Exhibition is committed to the principles that:

  • The aim of the Congress is to be a vehicle to enhance the dissemination and exchange of scientific information.
  • Hosting this congress in Africa is a significant opportunity and we urge sponsors to assist with funding travel and or registration of doctors and allied health professionals from low resource countries to attend. This support will be significantly showcased at the congress.

  • The sponsorship will cover Travel, Accommodation, Pre-Congress and Congress Registration and Visa. Preference will be given to those presenting posters or oral abstracts.
  • Sponsorship will have the same status as a Silver congress sponsor with the addition of the company profile on the website (as per gold sponsorship) and a half page advertisement in the congress e-book

Nursing Fellowship Sponsorship

  • Sponsor of 10 Nurse practitioners from Sub-Saharan African Countries
  • The sponsorship will cover Travel, Accommodation, Pre-Congress and Congress Registration and Visa. Preference will be given to those presenting posters or oral abstracts.

    receive gold entitlements.
  • Sponsor can place 2 pop-up banners outside the plenary room.

The ever-popular welcoming reception, held after the opening ceremony on the first evening, will take place
in the area outside the main auditorium and the exhibition space. With food, drinks, and background music,
this reception offers an excellent opportunity for delegates from around the world to connect.

The dinner will be held at Simons Restaurant, located on the historic Groot Constantia Wine Estate. Open
to congress speakers, ISPD council members, and organizing committee members, this exclusive event
will begin with welcome drinks served on the terrace and optional cellar tours for interested guests. The
evening will conclude with a delightful dinner accompanied by music.
