The cost of a tree is R192.50.
Registration fees are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and includes 15% VAT. Please adhere to the instructions for payment of all fees involved. Major credit cards or bank transfers are accepted.
Note: Some banks may consider credit card payments to South Africa as high risk transactions. In this case you may need to pre-arrange transfers with your bank in order for the transaction to go through.
Kindly ensure that these arrangements are made timeously in order to facilitate your registration.
Please email a copy of your bank transfer through to Leanne@tcon.org.za and use your ISPD and your invoice number as a reference.
When opting to process payment by credit card, please click on the pay now button. Please use your unique invoice number and your surname as reference when initiating payment.
Delegates who require a letter of invitation to attend should write to the congress Secretariat (Leanne@tcon.org.za).Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses. Letters of invitation will only be issued upon receipt of a completed registration.
Letters of invitation can ONLY be issued to delegates attending the Scientific Programme, not accompanying persons.
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of any cancellations. All approved refunds will be issued after the Congress. An administration fee of 50% of your registration fee will be charged for all cancellations received before the 01st August 2026.
Please note that no refunds for cancellations after the 01st August 2026. Only name changes will be accepted .Please contact Leanne Armoogam (Leanne@tcon.org.za) should you wish to cancel your registration.
