Transfers not paid for in full by 28 August 2026, will be cancelled automatically. These will need to be re-booked with full payment to secure the services.

The group shuttle transfer rates are applicable to delegates travelling together on the same flight and staying at the same hotel, pre-booked and pre-paid. The transfer rates are per vehicle per way.
Should an individual not arrive on time, a separate individual transfer cost of R950.00 per person will be charged.
On arrival at Cape Town International airport, collect your luggage and proceed to the main arrivals’ hall. Look out for a representative who will be holding a board with your name on it.
