Lindie van Tonder is a clinical pharmacist with more than 20 years of experience in nephrology-focused pharmacotherapy care across international healthcare settings. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy and specialises in pharmacokinetics, individualised dosing, and optimising medication therapy for medically complex patients. Lindie currently serves as Lead Clinical Pharmacist for a renal integrated care program, overseeing pharmacotherapy for patients across 46 outpatient facilities. Lindie has authored national and international publications and is actively involved in research, quality improvement, and clinical training, and is committed to advancing evidence-based renal care and strengthening pharmacy-led kidney care services to improve patient outcomes.
